Marley Park: Woodland clearance - invasive species removal.
This is part of a new three-year project in Marley Park, in the course of which volunteers will engage in woodland clearance, tree planting, seed collection, and bulb planting.
Meeting Point: CVI HQ, in the grounds of Rathfarnham Castle.

Jump To Comment: 1I think the idea behind this is great and everything but lets not forget that there are people employed to do this work in Marlay Park. When outside groups volunteer to do this work for free, work is being taken from the council staff, whose jobs are always at risk and especially more so due to the privatisation plans of this government.
