The European Parliament recently called for the introduction of a requirement of unanimous votes in the Council Of Ministers on agreements to open trade in cutural services and mass media to be put in the draft Constitution. DAPSE wants veto for trade in Health and Education.

says the pro-services DAPSE group.

“If a veto is needed to prevent commercialisation of culture, it’s even more necessary to prevent commercialisation of health and education” says the group.
