JUst wondering if he quit or was asked to resign quitely?

Did Collins decides after beating Iraqi civilians in Iraq that the army needed more resources ? Or was this a eureka moment upon his return to reality ?

After alledged war crimes investigations and investigations into his command at home, mainly being Drumadd Barracks in Armagh, where Collins' inaction in reference to a known rapist and bullying occuring under his command led to the suicides of young soldiers.

This so called "war hero" is now in our media disclosing his apparent morality on the current occuption in Iraq ?
I too call for more resources for the ocupation soldiers of all origins in Iraq those extra resources are called - flights home.

So is collin's genuine or is he merely attempting to soften his image now regarded very much by all as a man of shame.
