Dear Romano Prodi, what does GATS mean ?

On Jan 1st, 2004, Italy will hand the Presidency of the European Union over to Ireland.

Dublin Castle is the location for the 1st meeting between the Irish govt. and the European Commission for the launch of the Presidency on Tuesday 6th of Jan.

As the handing over of the presidency looms large and the great honour awaits,id like a moment of fucking silence for the people in Iraq who are no longer with us because of the complicity of Ahern and his friends in the E.U with the mass murderers Bush and Blair.
