This is a follow-up to the GATS/EU Constitution workshop @ the ISF Co-operation & Solidarity Summit in UCD.
These are definite arrangements - ignore any messages you may have already received indicating different times!
it's a good thing this countries absolutely chocka with actyvisties, between the antiwar crowd having their legal thing and this GATTS thingie and some other thing I can't remember now, its a wonder there'll be anyone left to go to galway......
