Please show your support and solidarity for the latest batch of Anti Bin Tax campaigners

As a result of last Tuesdays successful blockade of the Bracken Road bin depot in Sandyford, the Garda took the names of 18 people and they have been summoned to appear in the High Court this Wednesday (22nd) at 11am.

Please arrive early from 10:30am onwards outside the front of the Four Courts and demonstrate against this continuing attack by the government and councils on our civil liberties.

This is the first legal action by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown council, even though they haven't started non-collection yet. Two weeks again they threatened non-collection, but the strength of the campaign seems to have made them think twice before implementing it.

No injunctions as yet have been taken out in the Dun Laoghaire Rathdown council area. The campaign in DL/R is one of the longest running campaigns.
