Issues Magazine launches Homeless Street Soccer League Weds 3 October 1 p.m. Smithfield Market.

As part of the 'Kick Off Homelessnes'Campaign Issues Magazine launches the First Homeless League in Ireland recognised by the FAI. The League Kicks of 11 October with 14 teams signed up so far. The Dublin pilot League will be replicated nationally in the New Year.

The League will be launched on 8 October at Smithfield Market and Chief O'Neills on Weds 8 October at 1 p.m.

Stephen Kenny and some of the Bohemian players will be down to present some of the players with their Referees Badges obtained recently at the FAI referees course held in Trinity College.

The Happy City Samba band will be providing the rhythms at the Exhibition matches held on the day..
