SHAPE is the Supreme Headquarters - Allied Pressence in Europe.
It's about 50km south of Brussels and it's where all the military decisions for
NATO forces - and NATO nuclear weapons - in Europe are mad. On 25th October,
there will be a large, non-violent citizens weapons inspection of SHAPE.
