In all fairness, there's not really a castle there at all. It was demolished years ago.

This might eliminate corruption in the planning process (I doubt it). But with the state paying out 500k a week to Sisk and Paul for doing nothing, there is a positive incentive for money to change hands for disrupting public works projects! At a minimum the state should never sign a contract again which allows a contractor to be paid for doing nothing!

I think the Carrickminders know better than most what is there. Have you been to Carrickmines? Only someone who has never seen the site could dismiss it as non-existant.
