An interview with singer, songwriter and activist Jim Page.
Jim Page is a Seatle based singer, songwriter and activist currently touring Ireland. Probably he's best know here for his song "Hiroshima-Nagasaki Russian Roulette" which Christy Moore covered.
I talked to him yesterday about songs, politics, Ireland, his experiences at the 1999 demonstration at the fourth ministerial of the WTO in Seatle, and about the prospect of a war against Iraq.
Mp3 (7.4Mb) and .wma (2.3Mb) are on the uk site:

This runs about 15 minutes, and includes several songs, including a really good one about Seatle, and a fabulous (and as yet unrecorded) anti-war song about Iraq.
Not to advertise or anything, but he plays Whelans in Dublin on Monday (Oct 28), and I'll certainly be there.
